Will it work with my store? What if I'm not on Shopify?

Shopify is one script tag and a one-click sync. Any other platform works too - WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, a custom build - upload your catalog as a CSV or JSON once and the chat widget drops onto any site the same way.

Which languages does the bot speak?

Arabic (every dialect, plus Arabizi - Arabic typed in Latin letters like "3ndkm") and English. It replies in whatever language the shopper used, and switches mid-chat if they do.

Can it invent things about my products?

No. The bot only recommends products returned by its real search of your catalog, and only quotes the details that are actually on the product. If nothing fits, it says so honestly instead of making something up.

What happens when a shopper wants a real person?

The bot shows a WhatsApp button with the whole context pre-filled, and the shopper lands in WhatsApp with your team - no retyping. Outside your business hours, it says when the team is back instead of promising an instant reply.
