By using Yamam, the shop agrees to these terms.
Yamam provides a hosted AI chat widget and dashboard. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, but we aim for 99% uptime and restore within a reasonable time after any outage.
The shop owns its own data: configuration, catalog, chat transcripts. We own the platform code and infrastructure.
Plans are monthly, in USD, invoiced in advance. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Non-payment leads to the chat being paused after a grace period.
No illegal products, no spam, no impersonation of real brands you don't own.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
